NIMET seeks the best people to share the company’s values and vision and invests in their professional education. We want to play an important role in the economy of the region by educating young people who are passionate about steel. Dual education is an extraordinary opportunity for young people - we aim to offer them the opportunity to work with us, support them financially and help them understand our sector. We want to develop skills that we cannot develop elsewhere in the education system, we believe that we must give back value through education to the community in which we operate successfully.

NIMET is currently part of a program together with the County Board of Education which grants a monthly scholarship for students in two classes from a regional high school with a technological profile. On the condition that after finishing the respective courses, they will successfully complete the apprenticeship in NIMET for the selected positions, they will be offered a full-time job.
