NIMET launched the production of telescopic cylinders with single acting
At the end of August 2010
Hydraulic cylinders department of NIMET started to produce telescopic cylinders with single acting, for the moment, only small sizes.
NIMET launches the new product triple chromed NIMAX 700
NIMAX 700 is the alternative of low cost at the chromed martensitic stainless steels and it make the difference between single-layer and multi-layer chroming process.
Single-layer process
The single-layer process is suitable for use in the standard conditions and is a cost-effective alternative with layer thickness application up to 50 µm for pieces that works in an unproblematic environment where is the not very agressive corrosion.
Multi-layer process
The multi-layer process offers increased protection from corrosion and lower wear with a three-layer structure including the individual intermediate polishing of each chrome layer, after depositing. The final result , with a total layer thickness of 60 µm and more, assures superior corrosion protection and is less affected by thermal stress and wear.
New production line based on continous chroming process
At end of October 2010
Following the demands from our clients NIMET will launch a new production line based on continous chroming process for small diameters for chroming at end to end.
