Packaging of NI-W, NI-WZ, NI-WH, NI-WRB, NI-WRA, NI-WRC, NI-WP, NI-WPZ (induction hardened and fine grounded linear shafts)

Packaging

NI-W, NI-WZ, NI-WH, NI-WRB, NI-WRA, NI-WRC, NI-WP, NI-WPZ can be supplied with three packaging options:

  • For standard random lengths the shafts are very good protected by oiled with anti-corrosive oil and packaging in oiled paper. For sea transport each bundle is packaged in aliminium bag and boxed in wooden box.
  • For diameter between 16-80 mm bundles with max 1000 kg weight and for diameter ≥ 80 mm bundles with maximum 1500k g weight.
  • For dia < 16 mm in wooden boxes with maximum 900 kg weight, in aluminium bags.

Each bundle with weight ≤ 1200 Kg being equipped with two thongs (four for more than 1200 Kg).

On customized wooden boxes from smallest cut lenghts, in aluminium bags.

Marking

On each bundle (or wooden box) they will be applied minim one label for identification.

On each palet they will be applied minimum one label for identification.

NI-WV, NI-WVZ, NI-WHV can be supplied with three packaging options:

  • For diameter between 16-125 mm individually cardboard tubes with caracteristic blue and white spiral stripes. For sea transport each bundle is packaged in aliminium bag and boxed in wooden box
  • For diameter between 16-80 mm bundles with max 1000 kg weight and for diameter ≥ 80 mm bundles with maximum 1500 kg weight
  • For dia < 16 mm plastic spacer rings in wooden boxes with maximum 900 kg weigh

Each bundle with weight ≤ 1200 kg being equipped with two thongs (four for more than 1200 kg).

On wooden euro-palets or customized boxes from smallest cut lenghts.

Marking

For each bar the cardboard tube will be marked with black colour: "Code shaft / Diameter/ Tolerance / Chrome layer thickness / Steel grade / Heat no. / Date".

On each palet they will be applied minimum one label for identification.
