Hydraulic cylinders are the important part of our business. Many of our hydraulic cylinders are manufactured according with client's drawings also by request, we have the possibility to design and produce and another types of hydraulic cylinders in order to follow your needs. All hydraulic cylinders are projected in order to following the ISO standards of tolerances.
We produce two types of hydraulic cylinders:
- Piston cylinders with double action / See drawing
- Piston cylinders with single action / See drawing
Now, is possible to extend the production in order to assimilate the telescopic cylinders with single action.
Main characteristics for the manufactured cylinders:
- Piston rods diameters: 16-80 mm
- Max length of cylinders: 2500 mm
- Diameter of piston: 32รท140 mm
- Stroke: max 1600 mm
- Capacity: 2500 cylinders/month
- Nominale pressure: 300 bar
- Max test pressure: 350 bar
For a correct choice of type of hydraulic cylinder that you need is necessary that be indicate the type of fitting for rod end, for base end, and for piston end. Now we have the possibility to produce the cylinders with utmost corrosion resistance by using the nickel and chrome plated bars for piston rods and chroming of inside surface of cylinders tubes.
