Tolerance: ISO f7 (ISO h7 or other ISO level 7 - on request)

Roundness: maximum 1/2 IT measured as radial deviation

Standard lengths: from 6000 ±200 mm

Special lengths: on request

Fixed or cut lengths can be supplied on request.

Surface roughness: Ra - max. 0,20 µm (normally in the range 0,10-0,15 μm)

Duble chrome thickness: min. 3x20 µm

Chrome micro hardness: min. 900 HV0.1

Straightness: max 0.2 mm/m

Packaging

NIMAX 700 bars can be supplied with two packaging options:

  • For diameter between 20-200 mm in bundles with individually cardboard tubes with caracteristic red and white spiral stripes for chromed bars respectively cardboard tubes with blue and white stripes for induction hardened and chromed
  • For diameter between 20-80 mm bundles with max 1000 kg weight and for diameter ≥ 80 mm bundles with maximum 1500 kg weight

Each bundle with weight ≤ 1200 kg being equipped with two thongs (four for more than 1200 kg).

Marking

For each bar the cardboard tube will be marked with black colour: "NIMAX CODE / Diameter / Tolerance / Steel grade / Heat no. / Date".

On each bundle (palet) they will be applied minimum one label for identification.
