Diameter (external): 20-140 mm
Inner diameter: according EN 10305-1 (see Specifications) - We can delivery other dimensions follow by special agreements.
Steel grades:
- St 52.3 BK+S; NBK (S355 +SR; + N)
- STE 460 (S410 +SR; +N)
Tolerance: ISO f7 (ISO h7 or other - on request)
Roundness: maximum 1/2 IT
Standard lengths: up to 6000 mm
Special lengths: on request
The "unchromed length" of each bar (the distance at each end over which the chrome-layer properties and tolerances can not be guaranteed) is at most 0.15 m per end, maximum 0.3 m in total per bar. Fixed or cut lengths can be supplied on request.
Surface roughness: Ra - max. 0,20 µm (normally in the range 0,10-0,15 μm)
Nickel thickness: min 30 µm
Chrome layer thickness: min. 25 µm
Nickel micro hardness: min.300 HV0.1
Chrome micro hardness: min. 950 HV0.1
Straightness: max 0.25 mm/meter

Packaging
NIMAX 1000 NCT tubes can be supplied with two packaging options:
- In bundles (each bar is individually packaging in cardboard tubes with caracteristic orange and white spiral stripes) for standard lengths
- On wooden europalets from smallest cut lenghts
Marking
For each bar the cardboard tube will be marked with black colour: "NIMAX 1000 NCT / ODxID diameter/ Tolerance / Steel grade/ heat no. / date".
Where: OD = outside diameter and ID = inside diameter.
On each bundle (palet) they will be applied minimum one label for identification.
