2. STE 460 (E 410 +SR; N)

Tolerance: ISO f7 (ISO h7 or other - on request)

Roundness: maximum 1/2 IT

Standard lengths: 6000 ±300 mm

Special lengths: on request

Fixed or cut lengths can be supplied on request.

Surface roughness: Ra - max. 0,20 µm (normally in the range 0,10-0,15 μm)

Chrome thickness: min. 20 µm

Chrome micro hardness: min. 900 HV0.1

Straightness: max 0.25 mm/m

Packaging

NIMAX CT tubes can be supplied with two packaging options:

• In bundles (each bar is individually packaging in cardboard tubes with caracteristic red and white spiral stripes) for standard lengths.
• On wooden europalets from smallest cut lengths.

Marking

For each bar the cardboard tube will be marked with black colour: "NIMAX CT / ODxID Diameter / Tolerance / Steel grade / Heat no. / Date".
Where: OD = outside diameter and ID = inside diameter.

On each palet they will be applied minimum one label for identification.
